Hold on to your money!

This facility will rip you off. I was a member of this facility for over 2 years and when I was leaving I gave a written and signed letter stating that I would not be returning to classes. This was LONG after my contract had expired. They claim that you're going month to month, but they obviously had no intentions of living up to that policy. I was billed for an additional four months. After contacting the billing company they tried to negotiate with me to pay some of the payments. I refused. They said that the owner was in charge of all billing and they do not control how much is being billed. So the man himself tried to rip me off! It gets even better...
After speaking to the billing company again, they told me that it was taken care of and that there was no balance. About a month later I received a letter in the mail from a collection agency stating that I owed those extra months. You want to hold on to your money? Don't go to that place. I love how martial arts is about integrity and discipline. They have NONE!
